Product Information
COAT - New G-Xtreme Design!
Free Hanging Throat Tab (Patent Pending)
4-layer throat tab hangs freely away from your neck and out of the way when not deployed. When deployed there is no exposed VELCRO® on either the tab or collar. Tab is scooped out across the top with added coverage across the bottom for a precision SCBA mask interface, collar adjustment, and protection.
Contoured Collar
Unmatched for comfort and protection, the tailored 2-piece construction is used in all 4 layers of the collar with 4 rows of stitching on the underside shell layer maintaining the ergonomic shape when the collar is flipped up or laying down.
Contoured Sleeves
Ergonomically curved sleeves follow the natural shape of your arm to work with you – not against you. Contoured and graded for each jacket size so you always get the right fit.
AXTION™ Sleeve (Patent Pending)
Pleats built into the shell and darts in the AXTION™ Liner on the front and back of each sleeve provide extra length where you need it for reaching up. Together with the AXTION™ Back and Liner, this system allows you to raise your arms without restriction and with minimal coat rise.
Cargo/Handwarmer Pockets
8" X 8" X 2" expansion pockets have an extra layer of shell material to reinforce the lower half for longer wear. Integral handwarmer pockets lined with NOMEX® fleece are set behind. Pockets still function when used with SCBA.
New High-Temp Polymer Zipper
Finally, a strong and easy-to-zip polymer zipper that exceeds the standards and your expectations. Standard closure uses this new zipper covered by a quadruple-stitched VELCRO® storm flap for less bulk, lower weight, and to allow radio pocket options to be closer to the front of the jacket to avoid SCBA straps. Or choose from many closure options.
Breathable Front Closure System
Storm flap and inside facings are lined with breathable moisture barrier material for improved ventilation of critical body core.
AXTION™ Liner (Patent Pending)
The liner has darts in both the thermal and moisture barriers corresponding to the added length in the shell provided by the AXTION™ Back and Sleeves. Darts are positioned at the shoulder blades outside of the SCBA straps and to the under sleeve. Liner is tailored to fit at the waist for less bulk when the SCBA belt is cinched up. Wristers are attached to the liner so that there is less restriction when reaching. When you take off the jacket, the liner stays con-nected to the cuff with 4 hidden snaps.
Separating Liner System (Patent Pending)
The moisture barrier and the thermal barrier separate for faster drying as well as easier service and replacement. The moisture barrier extends high up into the collar for enhanced waterproof integrity. VELCRO® secures moisture barrier to outer collar and thermal barrier to inner collar for independent movement without restriction. When removed for laundering, the layers fasten together to protect the liner from contamination and damage. The layers are attached at the cuffs and the back of the hem for security and to prevent inadvertent use of one layer without the other.
AXTION™ Back (Patent Pending)
Full-length expansion pleats on the shell work with the AXTION™ Liner to provide unrestricted movement with or without an SCBA.
Thermally Enhanced Upper Body & Elbows
High compression areas get added layers of your specified thermal liner material for greater conductive compressive heat esistance (CCHR). Extra-large enhancements extend 7" down the back and 5" down the front of the jacket.
Double Sleeve Wells
Extra-deep 5" elasticized sleeve wells keep water out, interface with all glove styles, and snug over wristers attached to liner.
Your Choice of Lengths
Men’s sizes are available in either 32" or 35" back lengths. Women’s sizes come with a standard 29" back length.
Generous Liner Pocket
7" X 9" interior pocket is lined with moisture barrier to keep contents dry. Optional second pocket is available.

PANT - New G-Xtreme Design!
Adjustable Front Closure /Elasticized Back (Patent Pending)
Helping to make G-XTREME Pants fit like a pair of jeans, to transfer weight to your hips instead of your shoulders, and to keep the added length and fullness in the seat under control, the back of the waist is elasticized. A vertical VELCRO® storm fly and the permanently attached belt with an adjustable high-temp polymer buckle in front makes for fast and secure donning.
AXTION™ Seat (Patent Pending)
When you bend your knees, the revolutionary G-TREME Pants allow for the added length and fullness you need in the seat. Not only can you step up without restriction, but when you kneel your knees are directly over the knee pads without any twisting of the leg. When you try on a pair, you’ll immediately appreciate just how dramatic this difference is.
AXTION™ Knee (Patent Pending)
Horizontal pleats built into the shell and corresponding darts in the AXTION™ Liner on the front of each leg provides extra length where you need it for stepping up, sitting down, kneeling, or crawling. The fronts of the legs are wider than the back to provide more fullness over the knee where you want it and less bulk under the knee where you don’t. Side seams are rolled toward the back of the legs keeping them out of the primary abrasion area. Together with the AXTION™ Seat and Liner, this system allows you to bend your knees without restriction.
Independent Stretch Waistband
Two inches wide and lined with water resistant fabric, the waistband is cut on the bias (diagonally) for stretch and an unrestricted fit. Liner attaches under the waistband for no-gap protection.
Diamond Crotch Gusset
Distributes fabric stress over five double-stitched seams in both the shell and liner.
Double-Stitched Seams
The strongest double-needle joining seams in the industry with more stitches per inch for longer service life.
Expansion Cargo Pant Pockets
Two 10" X 10" X 2" full bellows style cargo pockets have an extra layer of shell material to reinforce the lower half for longer wear life.
Flame-Resistant VELCRO® Fastener
VELCRO® fastener is specially treated for flame resistance and attached with quadruple stitching at all primary closures.
AXTION™ Liner (Patent Pending)
The liner has darts in both the thermal and moisture barriers corresponding to the added length in the shell provided by the AXTION™ Knee. The liner has a reverse boot cut in the back and a concave cut in the front to keep the liner from hanging below the shell and is connected at the cuff with 2 snap tabs for security.
Separating Liner System (Patent Pending)
The moisture barrier and the thermal barrier separate for faster drying as well as easier service and replacement. The layers are attached at the front fly for security and to prevent inadvertent use of one layer without the other.
Thermally Enhanced Knees
High compression areas get added layers of your specified thermal liner material for greater conductive compressive heat resistance (CCHR). The extra layer in the liner knees adds padding for comfort.
Cuff Reinforcement on Sleeve and Pant
Leg Cuffs are reinforced with an extra layer of your choice of materials, double-stitched for extended wear.
Reflective Trim and Lettering
We offer a wide choice of trim styles and materials to meet your visibility and identification requirements.
TRIMTRAX™ Thread Protection System
Patented system of abrasion resistant KEVLAR® cording protects the thread securing our reflective trim from abrasion. Lasts up to 20 times longer than conventional trim stitching so maintenance costs are lower and your gear is in service more often.
Padded H-Back Ripcord Suspenders (Patent Pending)
Suspenders attach to horizontal loops sewn to the top of the waistband so that there is no metal hardware to dig in to your waist or get caught up. H-Back design stays on your shoulder; ripcord hardware allows easy adjustment and quick release. Integral padded shoulder straps.
Women’s Sizes
Available in a full range of patterns designed especially for the female firefighter.
