- Annual Check-ups
When you need prompt, honest and reliable service, you can

Aerial Annual Inspection:
Our Aerial Maintenance program is bumper to bumper,
top to bottom inspection of your entire E-One apparatus.
This 60 point detailed service inspection is tops in the
industry. The following are just a few of the critical components
that we address:
Aerial Cleaning, Aerial
Lubrication, Cable Inspection and Adjustment, Hydraulics
(Fluid change not included), Jack Systems, Pump Inspection
and Gear Case Lubrication, Chassis Electrical, Body Electrical,
Driveline.
Pumper Annual Inspection:
Pumper maintenance is a comprehensive
30 point inspection of your E-One Pumper. We will inspect
all critical components of the pumper. Among some of these
items are the pump, electrical systems, and emergency lighting.
All items inspected are provided to you in a clean, easy
to understand computer generated report. This report will
identify any deficiencies we find in the apparatus. We will
be happy to quote the cost of repairs for anything we find
in need of service. By scheduling periodic maintenance with
us, we can help to reduce costly repairs of your apparatus
by finding problem areas early and having them addressed.
Pumper Annual Pump Test:
We also offer annual pump test for
your E-One pumper. Our pump test will be performed to standards
recognized by NFPA and ISO for annual certifications. We
will provide computer generated reports to show each level
of the test and the results.
We are certified to work on complete apparatus and can provide
on-site service by only EVT certified techs. When repairs
are completed, we provide you with a copy of work performed.
We are able to modify these inspections for your specific
requirements. We also work with a testing center for all
3rd party aerial inspections.
Any additional labor or parts required will be quoted
separately before work is performed.
We always provide inspection reports to you showing everything
we inspected. It will also show any repairs that may be
necessary in order to pass annual certification inspections
by independent testing consultants. We will be happy to
quote your department for any of the repairs that we may
find necessary.
